2.Collection, handling and use of personal data

2.1 Personal data

All personal information of any designated person or individual is classified as personal data. For example, this includes your name, your phone number and your address, as well as all existing data that you communicate when creating your customer account. Purely statistical data that we collect, in particular during your visit to our Site and which may not be directly associated with your person, are not affected. These statistics help us to know what pages are visited or how many visitors consult certain pages of our Site and for how long.

2.2 Customer account

For each customer who registers, we provide direct password-protected access to their basic data that is stored (customer account). You can consult the recorded data and manage it there. 2.4.1 Newsletter

We use an opt-in procedure to send our informational leaflets and newsletter. Therefore, you will only receive our newsletter by e-mail if you first explicitly confirm that we can activate a subscription to the newsletter.

As a Tubesca Comabi customer, we regularly send you product recommendations by e-mail. We want to send you information on the range of our products likely to be of interest to you. We send these product recommendations in strict compliance with the law.

If you no longer want to receive product recommendations or, in general, no longer want to receive advertisements from us you can reject them at any time.
